Nancy Elish received both her BS in microbiology and her DVM degree from The Ohio State University. After graduating from vet school in 1996, she worked for a year at a small animal practice in Rochester, NY before returning home to the Greater Cleveland area. She worked for several years at a practice in Medina County and then at a small animal practice in Middleburg Heights before becoming a self-employed relief vet 10 years ago. Dr. Elish previously served as president of the Cleveland Academy of Veterinary Medicine from 2012 to 2013 and is a graduate of the 2007 OVMA Leadership Academy. Dr. Elish lives in Brunswick, and in her spare time she is kept extremely busy with her 2 children and her dog, Scarlet.
